Sightseeing tour of Minsk

Excursion to the Memorial complex "Khatyn"

A village in Belarus, destroyed on March 22, 1943 by a punitive detachment as revenge for the murder of several German servicemen. In accordance with the principle of collective punishment, 149 residents of Khatyn were burned alive or shot for possibly helping the partisans by the villagers. In 1969, a memorial complex was opened on the site where the village was located. Khatyn became a symbol of the mass destruction of civilians carried out by the Nazis and collaborators in the occupied territory of the USSR.

Excursion to the Museum complex of ancient folk crafts and technologies Dudutki"

Dudutki is one of the most visited museums in Belarus, the museum of ancient folk crafts and technologies, located 40 kilometers from Minsk, in a picturesque place next to the Ptich River. A complex with a visit to the only operating windmill in Belarus, a pottery workshop, a forge of the XIX century, a carpentry workshop, a bakery, a stable, an exhibition of vintage cars. The tour includes 3 tastings: at the moonshine machine (moonshine, bread, pickled cucumber, honey), in the bakery (freshly baked bread, 3 types of cheese, butter, tea), at the mill (peasant bread with bacon), as well as lunch in the Belarusian folk style.

A tour to Mir  and Nesvizh Castles 

Visit to the Mir castle, to the palace and park ensemble in Nesvizh. Mir Castle was built in the first quarter of the XVI century. The Orthodox Church, Catholic church, synagogues, houses of artisans and merchants form the ensemble of the Market Square of Mir Castle. A half-hour transfer to Nesvizh and a sightseeing tour of the city - the former capital of the ordination of the Princes Radziwills: the Market Square, the Town Hall and the old Shopping malls and  Slutsk Brama. An observation  of the Palace and Park complex of the XVI-XVIII centuries, the foundation of which was laid by the Italian architect Giovanni Maria Bernardoni, a visit to the exposition in the palace complex and picturesque parks. Excursion to Brest and Brest Fortress

Brest Fortress is one of those places that should be visited in Belarus and the largest tourist attraction in the city of Brest. After the war, the fortress was not completely restored. A memorial complex was created on its territory to perpetuate the feat of the defenders in 1969-71. The architectural and sculptural ensemble of the memorial includes the main monument "Courage", the bayonet-obelisk, the sculptural composition "Thirst", the Ceremonial square, 3 rows of memorial slabs with the graves of the dead, ruins and surviving structures of the fortress, the museum.

Stalin 's Line

The historical and cultural complex "Stalin's Line" is one of the most grandiose fortification ensembles on the territory of Belarus. It was created for the 60th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War on the initiative of the charitable foundation "Memory of Afghanistan" with the support of the President of the Republic of Belarus. It is intended not only to perpetuate the grandiose system of defensive fortifications of the "Stalin Line" districts, but also to become a symbol of the heroic struggle of the Soviet people against the Nazi invaders

The Mound of Glory

The memorial complex "Kurgan of Glory" was erected in 1966-1969 in memory of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War. It was decided to build the Mound of Glory on the site of the famous "Minsk Boiler", where Operation Bagration was successfully carried out, during which the 105th grouping of German troops was surrounded. More than 35 thousand German military soldiers and officers were captured. It was decided to fill the Mound of Glory according to the old Slavic tradition – with the whole world on a handful of earth. Land was sent here from all corners of the USSR, people came, brought their native land in memory of those who performed a military feat here and laid down their heads together with enemy soldiers. Together, an earthen hill with a height of 35 meters was poured. There are 241 steps of a long staircase leading to the top of the mound.

Museum of the Great Patriotic War

The Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War is the largest repository of relics of the Great Patriotic War in the CIS.
